PRE – ORDER : Now our customers can pre order furniture so they dont have to miss out & they can have more options to choose from. Pre – orders are same as made to order furniture. We start your order once your intial payment is received & time frames for large items are 7 – 10 weeks, may take longer in some cases. Once item is ready & finished it arrives at local rullen warehouse & we deliver it to your door or can be collected from our warehouse we will contact you once ready for collection. Please make payments on time to avoid any delays. Please note there are no refunds issued if customer cancels order for any reason. Your initial payment is sent to process order and we won’t be able to refund it if order has been placed with our manufacturer or rullen artisans, however we are happy to issue you rullen credit to shop something else you would like to buy which is in stock. We do our best to get your master piece ready in premium quality & speedy manner. If any delays happen due to international shipping rullen will notify you & we will not be responsible for such situations however we will work to find best way possible to deliver the goods to you in timely manner. When customer pre orders most of goods are ready in our warehouses located in Kishangarh & we do our best to speed up delivery of goods to you.
